Job Description

Qualifications:
- Dual certification in Special Education and Elementary Education is required
- Experience in early childhood or elementary special education settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction to elementary students with a variety of learning needs
- Develop, modify, and deliver individualized lesson plans
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
- Monitor student progress and document outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local special education requirements
