Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Active and current Speech-Language Pathologist license in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in a school environment or familiar with IEP processes preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized goals for each student
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, services provided, and required documentation
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Adjust interventions and approaches based on data, student performance, and feedback from other professionals
- Provide guidance and resources to educators and parents to support speech and language development
