Job Description

This contract position, located in the greater Clifton Park and Glenville area, offers a full-time, year-round schedule, perfect for dedicated professionals looking for stability and growth. Professionals can select from two start dates: begin as early as July 27 for a seamless year-round experience, or opt for a September 8 start coinciding with the new school year. Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in school-based settings or with preschool populations is highly preferred
- Strong understanding and skill in supporting non-verbal students, speech/language improvement, and developmental delays
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities
- Comfortable working on-site full time (37.5 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy to small groups and individual students targeting a variety of communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' progress
- Maintain thorough documentation of interventions, progress, and compliance with school/IDEA regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team strategies
