Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Arizona
• Experience within school-based OT settings preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques for students ranging in age and need
• Familiarity with relevant assistive technology and adaptive equipment

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ motor skills, sensory needs, and functional performance to develop individualized plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance participation in classroom and daily activities
• Document progress, attend IEP meetings, and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
• Deliver direct therapy sessions, group interventions, and in-class supports
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect students’ progress and evolving needs
• Consult on modifications to classroom environments and tasks to promote accessibility
