Qualifications & Skills:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in California
• Previous school-based OT experience preferred
• Strong understanding of pediatric therapy principles
• Ability to design, implement, and track individualized student intervention plans
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Assess, document, and monitor student progress, adapting techniques as needed for individual needs

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals and accommodations
• Offer consultation and training for staff and families on best practices and strategies
