We're seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a collaborative school team in the Portland, Oregon area for the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Details

  • School-Based Physical Therapist

  • Part-Time – 0.7 FTE (3.5 days per week)

  • 2026–2027 School Year

  • Start Date: August 25, 2026

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy services to a K–12 student population.

  • Evaluate student needs and develop individualized therapy plans.

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed.

Caseload

  • K–12 students

  • A second Physical Therapist is available to manage more intensive cases, allowing for a balanced workload.

Qualifications

  • Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start)

  • Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
