School Psychologist - Sterling Heights, MI

This opportunity involves working onsite in a vibrant setting close to Sterling Heights, MI, for the upcoming 26/27 academic year. You'll provide specialized services in either elementary (across three buildings) or middle school (covering two campuses), collaborating with educators and families to ensure students thrive.

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification in Michigan
• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology
• Experience in conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
• Proficiency developing and implementing IEPs, behavior plans, and crisis interventions
• Strong communication skills to engage with students, staff, and parents
• Ability to work independently across multiple school sites
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver psychological services including evaluations, counseling, and consultation
• Assess cognitive, academic, social, and emotional strengths and needs of students
• Interpret assessment data and guide data-driven interventions
• Collaborate with school teams to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Support multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) for academic and behavioral interventions
• Serve as a resource for staff and families on mental health, learning, and behavior management
• Maintain careful documentation and meet all compliance deadlines
