Qualifications:
- Must hold active BCBA certification
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong background in developing and implementing behavior plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to provide a redacted Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) sample and professional references
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral services to students across general and special education
- Conduct observations, especially in emotional support classrooms
- Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
- Participate collaboratively in IEP processes
- Work onsite across three school locations throughout the full academic year
