Qualifications:

• Must hold active BCBA certification
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong background in developing and implementing behavior plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to provide a redacted Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) sample and professional references

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral services to students across general and special education
• Conduct observations, especially in emotional support classrooms
• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
• Participate collaboratively in IEP processes
• Work onsite across three school locations throughout the full academic year
