Qualifications and Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, adapt, and deliver individualized lesson plans for students with special needs
- Modify teaching strategies to support diverse learning styles and abilities

- Complete all necessary documentation, including progress reports and IEPs, in a timely manner
- Foster a safe and respectful classroom environment
- Monitor, assess, and report on student progress
