We are looking for dedicated Data Entry Specialist inNorthborough, MA 05132 with $19.74/hr pay for a2 months temp to hire opportunity. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately entering information from individual medical files into the client database while maintaining a high level of productivity and precision. This position combines data entry with physical tasks, including retrieving, lifting, and organizing file cartons throughout the workday.Success in this role requires excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured processes. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy, and performing repetitive lifting of cartons weighing 30–50 lbs.

Shift Schedule: 6:00AM - 2:30PM (5 days a week including 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. OT and weekend shift depending on the workload)
Roles:
- Retrieve individual medical files from cartons for data entry
- Identify and enter required data fields into the client database with a high degree of accuracy
- Maintain a keystroke speed of 10,000 KPH with 100% accuracy, verified by double-key confirmation
- Carry cartons weighing 30–50 lbs to and from workstation and pallet (one box every 5–7 minutes)
- Lift and lower cartons from heights between 13” and 45”
- Organize and return completed files to their cartons and return cartons to pallet storage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety protocols and PPE requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven data entry experience with high-speed typing (10,000+ KPH) and exceptional accuracy
- Ability to lift and carry 30–50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Comfortable alternating between seated work and frequent physical activity
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and ability to follow structured workflows
- Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently when needed
