Practice Highlights

• Join one OB-GYN and two FMOB physicians with plans to expand to two of each specialty
• Full-scope practice including clinic, deliveries, and gynecologic surgery
• Robotic surgery available with dedicated block time
• Approximately 8-10 surgical cases per week
• Dedicated C-section suite
• OB call shared at 1:5 with locum support
• Nursery responsibilities managed by pediatricians and family medicine physicians

Schedule & Support

• Four clinic days per week
• One designated half-day for surgery and administrative/flex time
• Clinic located directly across from the hospital
• On-site ultrasound, NST services, and in-house laboratory
• Typical patient volume of 20-24 patients per day
• Experienced MA and LVN support staff
• Full-time CRNA coverage and excellent OR availability

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary of 475,000
• Total earning potential exceeding 600,000
• Signing bonus up to 50,000
• Relocation assistance up to 10,000
• 100,000 in student loan assistance
• Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
• 4,500 CME allowance plus licensing and professional dues covered
• Six weeks of PTO, inclusive of CME and holidays
