BCBA Clinical Supervisor
Job Description
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Richmond, TX / Rosenberg, TX
Facility Setting: Outpatient ABA Clinic or Residential Behavioral Treatment Program
Salary: Based on experince + Quarterly Performance Bonuses
Oversee and supervise ABA treatment programs
Provide clinical supervision to RBTs, BCaBAs, and Behavior Analyst Interns
Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses
Develop and modify individualized ABA treatment plans
Monitor treatment progress and analyze behavioral data
Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and treatment standards
Provide direct ABA services as needed
Train staff and support ongoing clinical development
BCBA Certification required
Texas Licensure (or eligibility/apply upon hire)
Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field with ABA coursework
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) preferred
Experience managing challenging behaviors preferred
