\n We are seeking a Project Manager to support technology and business teams in delivering digital campaigns, regional website initiatives, and email product execution. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project delivery activities, improve operational processes, and ensure successful execution of customer-facing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in Agile technology or digital delivery environments.

Responsibilities/skills:

• Coordinate cross-functional technology and business teams to successfully deliver digital campaigns, website updates, and email-related initiatives.
\n
• Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables while maintaining clear visibility through tracking tools such as Jira.
\n
• Create and maintain Agile user stories, requirements documentation, status reports, meeting recaps, and delivery trackers.
\n
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, translate technical concepts for business audiences, and serve as a proactive point of contact across teams.
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes, and implement repeatable efficiencies across delivery teams.
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• 3–5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a technology, digital delivery, or similar environment.
\n
• Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
\n
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to proactively manage relationships and provide clear project updates.
\n
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, and Microsoft Office.
\n
• Experience with digital marketing, eCommerce, promotional campaigns, email production, CMS platforms, or similar technology environments is preferred.
