Job Title: Associate Patient Care Coordinator / Front Desk
Location: Poughkeepsie, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (between 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
Type: Contract to Hire - 3-Months
Pay: $19/hr (Paid Weekly)

Overview:
We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator/Front Desk to support front office operations in a busy healthcare setting. This role is essential in delivering a positive patient experience while ensuring efficient clinic workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Patient check-in and check-out
• Collect copays and verify insurance
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff

Requirements:

• Prior healthcare/front desk experience required
• EMR experience (Epic preferred)
• Strong communication and computer skills
• High School Diploma or GED

Work Environment:

• Business casual dress
• In-person interviews required
