Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

RPh on the Go is urgently hiring a Temp Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) with a compounding pharmacy in Wayne, New Jersey. . We're seeking a local pharmacist who holds both New Jersey and California licenses and is ready to step into a fast-paced infusion pharmacy environment.

Position Details

Location: Wayne, NJ
Setting: Home Infusion & Compounding Pharmacy
Assignment: 12-Week Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No On-Call

Responsibilities

• Provide PIC oversight and ensure pharmacy regulatory compliance
• Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians while supporting staff training and development
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws, Board of Pharmacy regulations, DEA requirements, and sterile compounding standards
• Review and verify sterile medication orders and patient care plans

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted New Jersey and California Pharmacist licenses
• Previous Pharmacist-in-Charge or pharmacy management experience
• Experience verifying sterile medications
• IV compounding experience preferred but not required
• Local candidates only
