What you’ll need:
- Experience teaching students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ideally in a K-5th grade setting
- Commitment to working from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, consistent with the school calendar
- Availability for preservice/training and first student day from 8/10/26 – 6/23/27
- Adaptability and a drive to positively impact a small caseload of 8-10 students
- Team player mindset willing to collaborate with special education leaders
- Passion for building inclusive, engaging classroom environments
What you’ll do:
- Deliver specialized instruction and implement effective strategies for K-5 students with autism
- Collaborate with educational professionals within a single school site
- Participate in preservice training and ongoing professional development
