Key Qualifications:
- Hold active credentials as an SLP (CCC welcomed), SLPA, or meet Clinical Fellow (CF) requirements
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
- Comfort working with PreK and early elementary-age children
- Skilled in screenings, evaluations, and individualized or group therapy sessions
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with staff, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students, individually and in groups, supporting their educational and developmental goals
- Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP evaluations, maintaining up-to-date records and documentation
- Implement therapy plans addressing receptive, expressive, and pragmatic language, as well as articulation concerns
- Work closely with educators and parents to promote generalization of communication skills within the classroom
- Participate in meetings and ongoing professional development throughout the full school year
