Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong diagnostic, intervention, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans supporting students’ educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely records for each student’s progress and required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and support students’ inclusion in classroom activities
• Provide resources and guidance to educators and families on communication strategies
