Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure to practice as an SLP in Maryland
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • School-based or pediatric experience highly valued
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work the full 35-hour week schedule

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with communication disorders
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress toward goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in a school environment
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain timely and accurate records and reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development as needed
