Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure to practice as an SLP in Maryland
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- School-based or pediatric experience highly valued
- Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work the full 35-hour week schedule
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with communication disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress toward goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in a school environment
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain timely and accurate records and reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development as needed
