Occupational Therapist School Setting in Vancouver, WA

What we’re seeking:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Demonstrated experience working in a school-based setting or similar pediatric environment
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored for school-aged children
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to adapt to multiple campuses and manage a dynamic caseload between three school sites

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive OT services to students, including direct interventions and consultative support
• Evaluate and document student needs, develop measurable goals, and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEPs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated support within educational routines
• Educate staff and families on strategies to enhance student participation and success in the classroom
• Monitor and report on student progress, making data-informed recommendations as needed
• Rotate efficiently among three sites, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery
