What we’re seeking:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Demonstrated experience working in a school-based setting or similar pediatric environment
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored for school-aged children
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students, teachers, and families
- Ability to adapt to multiple campuses and manage a dynamic caseload between three school sites
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive OT services to students, including direct interventions and consultative support
- Evaluate and document student needs, develop measurable goals, and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEPs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated support within educational routines
- Educate staff and families on strategies to enhance student participation and success in the classroom
- Monitor and report on student progress, making data-informed recommendations as needed
- Rotate efficiently among three sites, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery
