What We're Looking For:

• Valid California Occupational Therapy license
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but open to candidates with pediatric OT backgrounds
• Ability to provide assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress
• Strong communication and organizational skills for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, student-focused environment
• Availability for in-person work throughout the contracted assignment

What You'll Do:

• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to determine student needs
• Develop and implement individualized plans to support students’ occupational and academic goals
• Deliver direct therapy sessions and consult with educators to integrate strategies into the classroom
• Maintain comprehensive records, progress notes, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Empower students with adaptive skills for greater independence in school activities
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support for every child
