Job Description
A rewarding opportunity is available for an experienced School Psychologist seeking a full-time, onsite contract position working with high school students. This role runs from August 24, 2026, through June 10, 2027, offering the chance to make a positive impact in a dynamic and diverse school environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold active certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Demonstrated school-based experience; high school caseload experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable assessing, evaluating, and supporting students in an urban school environment
- Ability to complete all PA clearances prior to start
- Reliable transportation for daily onsite responsibilities
- Available for 5 full in-person days per week, Monday through Friday, between 7:15AM and 2:45PM
- Comfortable with district guidelines and expectations—no accommodations will be made to the work schedule
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and assessments, ensuring accurate, timely documentation
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and district staff to develop effective strategies to support student learning and social-emotional growth
- Provide consultation and support for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Help foster a positive and inclusive school environment through proactive engagement and intervention practices
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise in student welfare and psychological assessment
