Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, valid California SLP License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) also encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Provide direct therapy services to students across diverse age groups and cultural backgrounds
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support students’ IEP goals and foster positive outcomes
- Maintain clear documentation of services, progress, and assessments in accordance with state and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices and compliance standards
