Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current, valid California SLP License
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) also encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Provide direct therapy services to students across diverse age groups and cultural backgrounds
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support students’ IEP goals and foster positive outcomes
• Maintain clear documentation of services, progress, and assessments in accordance with state and district requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices and compliance standards
