An exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, onsite contract role with a consistent 40-hour workweek, focused on serving approximately 40 students at the elementary level. You’ll play a vital role on a collaborative educational team, directly impacting students’ communication skills and academic growth.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active and valid Texas SLP license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Direct experience providing speech-language services in a school setting
  • Comfort working with elementary-aged students
  • Strong abilities in evaluation, IEP development, service delivery, and documentation
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for elementary students
  • Develop and implement effective IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs
  • Deliver both direct and indirect therapy services
  • Work closely with educators, special education staff, administrators, and families to maximize student success
  • Maintain thorough records and clear communication about progress and goals
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment for all students

This full-time, contract assignment offers a set schedule throughout the academic year and a chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive school environment.
