Step into a rewarding contract role supporting early childhood learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist, making an impact across multiple buildings in a vibrant educational community for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide essential services to children birth to five years old, while collaborating with dedicated professionals in an inclusive environment. Experience the satisfaction of guiding communication development and supporting educational success through hands-on work with individual IEPs and IFSPs, all while partnering closely with a supportive SLPA.

What you’ll bring:

  • Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • School-based Speech-Language Pathology experience, especially with early childhood populations (birth-5), highly desirable
  • Familiarity with IEP and IFSP process
  • Previous work with Native American communities or cultural competence (preferred)
  • Team-oriented approach to working across multiple buildings
  • Ability to adapt and support a caseload of around 45 students

Your role will include:

  • Delivering speech-language therapy, both assessment and direct services, to early childhood students
  • Developing and implementing IEPs & IFSPs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Working onsite across three buildings, with support from an SLPA
  • Coordinating with educators and families to enhance student outcomes
  • Contributing your expertise within a year-round (12-month) framework
