What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and resolve industrial chiller system issues involving refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, and fluid components.
- Monitor system alarms, service requests, and customer inquiries to ensure timely response and resolution.
- Serve as a primary technical resource for customers, providing guidance via phone, email, and remote support tools.
- Assist field service teams with diagnostics, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Create and deliver service documentation, performance updates, and customer reports.
- Escalate urgent issues and communicate effectively with customers, service providers, and internal teams.
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to improve equipment reliability and serviceability.
- Support training initiatives for customers, technicians, and internal personnel.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or a technical service environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Experience working with ERP systems and business software platforms.
- Strong customer service mindset with effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
