Production Supervisor (Manufacturing) | Madison, NC

2 Openings Available | Immediate Hiring Need

I'm partnering with a growing manufacturing operation in the Madison, NC area seeking two Production Supervisors to join their leadership team. This is a hands-on, working supervisor position where you'll lead production employees on the floor, drive safety and productivity, and help ensure daily operational goals are achieved.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and coach production team members on the manufacturing floor
  • Monitor production output, quality, and efficiency
  • Track production metrics and incentive data using Excel
  • Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset
  • Support daily scheduling, workflow management, and team performance
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of manufacturing supervision experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills
  • High school diploma required; degree is a plus
Schedule & Compensation
  • 2-2-3 rotating schedule
  • Typical start time: 5:30 AM until production is complete
  • 100% onsite in Madison, NC
  • $55,000-$65,000 salary range
