Genesis10 is currently seeking a MACD Coordinator - Onsite position with a Major Telecommunications Company located in Columbus, OH. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. Compensation: Up to $21.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications Position Overview: This role is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of wireline telecommunications orders, including moves, adds, changes, and deletes (MACD). The successful candidate will communicate with clients, engineers, and vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment and maintain an accurate inventory of wireline services. Key Responsibilities: Processing and tracking wireline MACD (Move Add Change Delete) order requests Communicating with clients, engineers, contracting personnel, and vendors to bridge gaps and resolve potential order delay issues Utilizing an online portal to manage workflow and working in client portals to place and track orders Interpreting circuits, services, and comments on orders to appropriately fulfill client expectations with carriers Completing various order processing steps to move orders through the fulfillment lifecycle, including coordinating and scheduling installations Capturing key circuit and service attributes to update and maintain wireline inventory database Reading and deciphering carrier invoices and customer service records Monitoring and achieving various processing SLAs related to order processing Providing support as required to the Audit and Invoice Management teams Working across international borders, time zones, and language barriers Primary Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of experience with wireline/telecom services Knowledge of wireline telecom circuits and services Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Must be able to successfully complete a US Government Client clearance process Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
