Work Schedule: FT / M-F 7:30am - 4:30pm Position Summary The Associate, After Sales Center Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, refurbishing, and quality-checking coffee machine household appliances. This role supports operational excellence by ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with quality standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to develop technical troubleshooting skills.
