Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operator/Assembler for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established and growing manufacturing company in North Billerica, MA. This role supports the conformal coating and encapsulation of printed circuit board assemblies, making it a strong fit for candidates who enjoy precise, hands-on work with small electronic components.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare printed circuit boards for conformal coating using approved masking materials and process instructions.
- Mask and de-mask circuit boards according to drawings, documentation, and production requirements.
- Perform staking, potting, encapsulation, and coating tasks as instructed.
- Use small tools to handle delicate components with accuracy and care.
- Operate or support automated dispensing and coating robots as requested.
- Follow quality standards and work instructions to ensure consistent production output.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $21 to $22 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: North Billerica, MA 01862.
