Forklift Operator

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for a manufacturing facility in McCalla, AL. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining safe, efficient, and accurate movement of materials, equipment, and supplies throughout a specialized warehouse environment. Your precision, safetyfirst mindset, and ability to navigate highpriority workflows will directly support the timely delivery of essential components to our research and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in a safe and responsible manner
- Load, unload, and transport a variety of materials, including delicate and specialized equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize workflow and efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure work environment

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and documentation
