A specialty compounding pharmacy focusing on Weight Loss and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy seeks a part-time pharmacist to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to work 1-2 days per week on 8-hour shifts within pharmacy hours from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday. The assignment is contract to hire, starting ASAP, with the potential for permanent placement for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Compound sterile and non-sterile preparations with high accuracy
• Verify compounded prescriptions ensuring compliance with regulations
• Maintain strong attention to detail and uphold professionalism
• Communicate effectively and collaborate well within the team
• Demonstrate multitasking abilities and a willingness to learn new techniques
• Contribute motivation and commitment towards growing the pharmacy business

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Clear and active Florida pharmacist license required
• Previous compounding experience mandatory
• Thorough knowledge of USP standards 795, 797, and 800
• Experience with Hormone Replacement Therapy preferred but not required
• Enthusiastic new graduates eager to develop skills will be considered
