Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) role is available in Elizabethtown, PA, offering a contract-to-hire opportunity. This position begins on a part-time schedule with the potential to transition into full-time hours, providing flexibility as you step into a leadership role within a new pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Pharmacist-In-Charge responsible for overseeing all pharmacy operations.
- Lead the pharmacy through the licensure, inspection, and accreditation processes.
- Manage daily operations while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy staff.
- Ensure the delivery of quality pharmaceutical services to the community.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Possess a clear and active pharmacist license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Demonstrated experience in pharmacy startup operations.
- Familiarity and hands-on involvement with licensure, inspection, and accreditation procedures.
- Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy management experience, preferably with leadership roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage regulatory requirements and team members.
Schedule:
