This contract-based opportunity seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC), able to provide vital communication support to a diverse and engaging caseload.

You’ll work across 2-3 school sites with a manageable caseload of approximately 65 students, delivering direct and indirect SLP services. Exposure to a wide age range within a dynamic educational setting offers the chance to grow professionally while supporting positive student outcomes.

Qualifications and Desired Experience

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP - CCC credential
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Proficiency working with K-12 populations
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy for varied student needs
  • Collaborative nature; comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with IEP systems (training provided if necessary)

Role Highlights and Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy across 2-3 school locations
  • Develop, implement, and monitor student IEPs
  • Complete evaluations, progress reports, and documentation
  • Participate in IEP and team meetings (paid administrative time included)
  • Deliver both direct therapy and consultative services
  • Support students’ communication needs for academic success
  • Manage caseload/caseload documentation (caseload cap: 65)
