Job Description

This contract-based opportunity seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC), able to provide vital communication support to a diverse and engaging caseload.
You’ll work across 2-3 school sites with a manageable caseload of approximately 65 students, delivering direct and indirect SLP services. Exposure to a wide age range within a dynamic educational setting offers the chance to grow professionally while supporting positive student outcomes.
Qualifications and Desired Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP - CCC credential
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Proficiency working with K-12 populations
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to adapt therapy for varied student needs
- Collaborative nature; comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with IEP systems (training provided if necessary)
Role Highlights and Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy across 2-3 school locations
- Develop, implement, and monitor student IEPs
- Complete evaluations, progress reports, and documentation
- Participate in IEP and team meetings (paid administrative time included)
- Deliver both direct therapy and consultative services
- Support students’ communication needs for academic success
- Manage caseload/caseload documentation (caseload cap: 65)
