About the Role
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services within an elementary school setting. The ideal candidate is student-focused, organized, and passionate about supporting communication development in children.
Job Highlights
Full-time schedule
37.5 hours per week
Onsite services
Elementary student population
Single school assignment
Caseload ranging from 40-60 students depending on experience
Responsibilities
Evaluate and identify speech and language disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans and educational recommendations.
Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy services.
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
Maintain thorough and timely documentation.
Partner with educators and families to support student success.
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan.
Knowledge of school-based therapy services and educational compliance requirements.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Pay & Benefits
$44-$52 per hour, based on experience.
