Job Description

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in schools
- Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Adaptability to evolving caseloads and changing environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational teams to support students’ overall success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
