Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in schools
• Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Adaptability to evolving caseloads and changing environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational teams to support students’ overall success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
