Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students’ speech and language development in a vibrant educational setting. As a certified SLP, you’ll work across six schools, with the flexibility to create your own schedule while managing a diverse caseload (primarily elementary) of 40-50 students. This full-time position covers the academic year, with direct student interaction from August 17 through May 28.

What we’re looking for:

  • Valid and current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • ASHA certification and state certification required
  • Experience working in elementary and K-12 educational environments preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, student-centered services

What you’ll do:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that foster student growth and achievement
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation
  • Travel between assigned schools as needed, while having autonomy to design your schedule that aligns with student and school needs
