Soliant Health is partnering with a school district in Brewton, Alabama, to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This full-time opportunity allows you to support students across Pre-K through 12th grade, providing essential speech and language services to help students succeed academically and socially.

Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language evaluations for students in Pre-K through 12th grade.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 75 students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
- Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active or eligible Alabama SLP license.
- Alabama Department of Education certification (or ability to obtain if required).
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
