Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's preferred)
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs and IEPs

- Ability to adapt lesson plans and instructional techniques to meet individual student goals
- Knowledge of current special education laws and best practices
- Organizational skills to manage documentation and implementation of accommodations
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs of students with disabilities
- Create a positive learning atmosphere that fosters student growth and confidence
- Conduct assessments and track student progress through data-driven instruction
- Modify curriculum and provide interventions to address varying ability levels
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and aides to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, goals, and strategies
