Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist providing telespeech and teletherapy services in Estero, FL. This role involves supporting K-12 students across multiple schools within the Golden Gate City and Immokalee areas, offering direct speech services and managing Individualized Education Program (IEP) documentation and meetings through virtual platforms.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering speech therapy services via teletherapy to students from elementary through high school levels
  • Completing and maintaining accurate IEP documentation for assigned caseloads
  • Participating in virtual IEP meetings to discuss student progress and plan individualized goals
  • Collaborating effectively with school teams to support student communication needs
  • Adhering to professional standards and district policies, including confidentiality and ethical guidelines

Qualifications and desired experience:

  • Active Florida Department of Health licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Proven experience providing teletherapy and telespeech services, preferably with familiarity in school settings
  • Successful completion of previous VocoVision assignments is strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple caseloads efficiently while maintaining high-quality service delivery
  • Completion of fingerprinting through the AHCA Clearinghouse or willingness to obtain required clearances and a JLA badge

This position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis, offering up to 35 hours per week (7 hours daily) from August 11, 2026, through May 27, 2027. Evaluations are conducted in person; however, therapy sessions and meetings are performed virtually.
