Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations, administering and interpreting a variety of assessment tools, and collaborating closely with educators and families to develop effective intervention strategies. You’ll play a pivotal role in IEP meetings and work as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team to promote students’ social, emotional, and behavioral well-being.

Ideal candidates bring the following skills and experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
  • State licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
  • Prior experience in a school setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of assessment, consultation, and intervention for children and adolescents
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage caseloads and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion

Key responsibilities:

  • Conducting a variety of assessments to identify learning, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Interpreting assessment results and participating in eligibility determinations
  • Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and family members to create and implement data-driven interventions
  • Delivering counseling and support services to students as needed
  • Assisting in crisis intervention and response, as well as contributing to the development of safe and supportive school environments
