Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering, tooling, automation, and project teams

• Oversee mold design, repairs, maintenance, and process optimization

• Manage new program launches from quoting through production

• Support injection molding process troubleshooting and continuous improvement

• Review RFQs and develop accurate tooling, labor, and production cost estimates

• Drive automation projects including robotics and secondary operations integration

• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and sales teams

• Mentor and develop engineering staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Plastics, or related field preferred

• 7+ years of injection molding manufacturing experience

• 3+ years of engineering leadership/management experience

• Strong expertise in mold design, process optimization, and tooling

• Experience with automation, robotics, and project management

• Knowledge of scientific molding, lean manufacturing, APQP/PPAP preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Injection molding process development

• Mold design review

• Automation integration

• CAD and ERP/MRP systems

• Continuous improvement methodologies
