\nKoeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP, located in central Phoenix is adding an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of legal experience, particularly in the areas of complex civil litigation, construction, and personal injury matters. Arizona-licensed candidates with insurance defense experience are strongly encouraged to apply. If you are an experienced, self-motivated attorney who can communicate effortlessly with clients, counsel and courts, then we want you. This is a hybrid position, with remote capability after the acclimation period.\n

\n*RESPONSIBILITIES:*\n
\n
\n* Case evaluation, recommendation, and support.\n
\n* Communicate with client and counsel.\n
\n* Propound and respond to discovery.\n
\n* Perform legal research and draft memoranda.\n
\n* Draft complaints, motions, and other pleadings and documents.\n
\n* Prepare for, take, and defend depositions.\n
\n* Prepare for and attend court hearings.\n
\n* Prepare for and attend mediation.\n
\n* Provide excellent service to all clients.\n
\n* Billing requirements for this position.\n
\n
\n*QUALIFICATIONS:*\n
\n
\n* Two or more years of civil litigation experience.\n
\n* *Must *be licensed and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.\n
\n* Strong research and writing skills.\n
\n* Ability to work independently and to multitask while demonstrating strong attention to detail.\n
\n* Experience with depositions, motions and court hearings are required.\n
\n* Strong communication and time management skills.\n
\n* Believe in being a team player.\n
