Warehouse Shipping Associate

Shift: 8AM to 5PM Monday - Friday (1 hour lunch)

Company Overview:
We are a growing third-party logistics (3PL) company specializing in short-term and long-term warehousing solutions. We support a variety of customers with flexible and responsive logistics services, and we're looking for a reliable Shipping Clerk to join our team and help manage the flow of goods in and out of our facility.

Position Summary:
The Shipping Clerk is responsible for organizing, documenting, and coordinating outgoing shipments. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely delivery of customer orders and works closely with warehouse staff and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process shipping paperwork (BOLs, packing slips, labels)
• Schedule pickups with carriers and coordinate outbound loads
• Verify shipment contents and ensure accuracy against orders
• Maintain shipping logs and records in company systems and files
• Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding shipment status
• Assist with inventory and general warehouse tasks as needed
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
