Job Description
%CF; Analyze quality data to identify trends, drive corrective actions, support continuous improvement, and report monthly KPIs including supplier rejects, failure trends, and customer returns. %CF; Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and performance improvement by reducing incoming defects, setting pre-inspection expectations, and driving dock-to-stock readiness. %CF; Execute improvement plans for supplier quality, internal quality processes, inspection efficiency, waste reduction, and risk-based inspection reduction where data supports process stability. %CF; Independently perform the full Quality Manager role while improving tools, systems, ERP/e-SPC records, data analysis, product knowledge, failure analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
