Capital Markets Operations background and technical know-how to run working groups and understand Regulatory mandates. Requires full Operational Institutional knowledge. (FI, Treas, Corps, Govts and FX) and can deal with robust stakeholders and really get into the weeds of analysis. Be able to Strategize, build a plan, write documents, and capture outcomes. Background: The Operations Change Delivery function provides project and program management delivery to enable Operations to deliver priority change-the-bank initiatives from a variety of sources including strategic, regulatory and business drive change. Change Delivery is responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining a book of work (portfolio) as well as successful delivery of projects that have been agreed with key stakeholders at both the regional and global level, including global strategic programs. The function also provides guidance and support to the countries in the region regarding Markets and Securities Services Operational issues. To this end, and to support a Markets wide change initiative, we require a Project Manager to join the Change Delivery team to take responsibility of key items within the initiative and as part of a Global Change team. Principal Accountabilities: · Project Delivery through all phases of the project lifecycle. · Stakeholder Management. · Chair any internal project working group meetings, represent Ops at externally led working groups. Adherence to the HCF / CD framework. · Project Documentation. · RAID Management. · Project Reporting. · Ensure compliance with all HCF / CD team standards and processes ensuring the use of the relevant tools and documents. · Produce and maintain project plans. · Successful management of program level risks and escalations to Program Manager and key stakeholders. · Risk mitigation. · For more information relating to this long-term consulting assignment, please reach out to Bill Rosato @ [email protected]
