The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while lifting throughout the workday.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate general knowledge and safe use of hand tools
- Assemble components and parts using hands and basic tools
- Work with small hardware such as nuts, bolts, and related fasteners
- Read, interpret, and follow written work instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures
- Lift, carry, and move materials as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing environment or assembly roles
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50+ pounds)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Pay & Hours
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $18.84 per hour
- PPE Requirement: Proper personal protective equipment—including metatarsal guards—is required at all times
