Job Description
Bachelor’s in Medical Technology, Clinical Lab Science, or related field, National certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent), and 1–2+ years recent hospital lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule:
- Day shift
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or eligibility as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
- Prior experience working in a clinical laboratory setting
- Deep understanding of laboratory procedures, regulatory guidelines, and safety protocols
- Proficient in specimen processing, quality assurance, chemistry, hematology, and microbiology workflows
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems and electronic health records
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and specialized laboratory testing with accuracy following established protocols
- Prepare, process, and analyze patient specimens across multiple departments
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
- Accurately document results and ensure timely reporting to clinicians
- Adhere to quality control procedures and participate in continuous improvement activities
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care
