Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for a caseload of 1st and 2nd graders
• Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, related service providers, and families
• Create a supportive, inclusive classroom environment tailored to diverse academic and behavioral needs
• Assess students’ progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
• Maintain consistent documentation and fulfill all state and district reporting requirements
• Foster open communication with parents and caregivers
