Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP and SLP-CCC credentials (current and in good standing)
  • Licensure to practice in Ohio (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but all strong candidates considered
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adjust to changing caseload sizes, locations, and age groups

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy and assessments for students across various ages (caseload size, age group, and schools TBD)
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Work on-site in-person four days per week, with one flexible hybrid (remote) day
